INSPECTOR Suspension of Services. If the DISTRICT shall fail to make payment of an undisputed invoice when due INSPECTOR hereunder, INSPECTOR may, upon thirty (30) days advance written notice to the DISTRICT, suspend further performance of services relating to the Project hereunder until such undisputed payment is received. In such event, INSPECTOR shall have no liability for any delays or additional costs of construction of the Project due to, or arising out of, such suspension.
