Installation Costs Borne by the Developer. The Developer will, at its sole cost and expense, provide the items and fulfil the requirements described in Schedule E to facilitate the Project Infrastructure Work. Additionally, to the extent the Parties are able to coordinate their construction and installation activities on the Developer Lands, the Developer will pay all costs relating to excavation, bedding material and backfilling of trenches where such items and activities are related to both the construction activities of the Developer and installation of the Project Infrastructure.
