Installation of Necessary Equipment. Landlord shall have the right to install and maintain in the Premises whatever is reasonable, useful or necessary for the equipment, use and convenience of the Building or other tenant, and Tenant shall have no claim against Landlord in respect thereof provided the same does not interfere with Tenant's enjoyment of the Premises.
