Installation of Product. 20% If there is no representative in any of the territories where the events described in clause (1), (2) or (3) above take place, then the payment which would have been made to such representative shall be retained by Ilios. In an event shall the total commissions, which Ilios is required to pay on a single order, exceed the amount of the commission payable pursuant to Paragraph 5.
