INSTALLATION SERVICES AND CLINICAL EDUCATION FOR SOFTWARE UPGRADES AND UPDATES. 2.1. Philips will install the upgrades or updates that Customer is entitled to receive under this Agreement either on- site or remotely, at Philips sole discretion, at a mutually agreeable time. Update or upgrade installation and clinical support of the installation shall take place during standard onsite response hours, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM local time, excluding Philips observed holidays.
