Delivery & Installation a) Subject to the conditions of the contract, the delivery of the goods and completion of the related services shall be in accordance with the delivery and completion schedule specified in the bidding document. Software Installation The AGENCY shall request approval in writing from the COUNTY prior to installation of any software on COUNTY computer equipment. All software installations must be supervised by COUNTY technical support staff and proof of licensing is required. Upon completion, the AGENCY is responsible for reconfiguring the computers back to the original state.
Equipment Installation In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.
Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. Additional Equipment Additional Equipment may from time to time be added as the subject matter of this Agreement as agreed on by the parties. Any additional property will be added in an amendment describing the property, the monthly rental, security deposit, and stipulated loss value of the additional Equipment. All amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. Other than by this amendment procedure, this Agreement may not be amended, modified, or altered in any manner except in writing signed by both parties.
Delivery/Installation Instructions Due to the varying locations and circumstances involved in deliveries and installations, all deliveries and installations will be quoted on a project by project basis.
