Common use of Instalment Clause in Contracts

Instalment. If a rent instalment period is less than a month, the instalment for that period is calculated at a daily rate based on the number of days in the month in which that period begins and the monthly instalment which would have been payable for a full month.

Instalment. If a rent instalment period is less than a monthquarter, the instalment for that period is calculated at a daily rate based on the number of days in the month quarter in which that period begins and the monthly quarterly instalment which would have been payable for a full monthquarter.

Instalment. If a rent instalment period is less than a monthyear, the instalment for that period is calculated at a daily rate based on the number of days in the month year in which that period begins and the monthly yearly instalment which would have been payable for a full monthyear.
