Bill Payment. You authorize us to debit the Account, as specified by you, for the purpose of transferring funds to a payee of bill payments through Digital Banking Services. You should pay bills before the due date within the time period recommended by the payee or us from time to time. You will confirm with the billing institution that the bill has been paid. Any changes or cancellations to a bill payment must be made within the time period we specify from time to time. If you use any of our services for bill payments, you are responsible for the accuracy of your payment instructions, including the billing company paid, billing account number, payment amount, other information in your bill profile, and your Personal Information recorded in our systems. Depending on the type of payment, payment instructions may be final and irrevocable, and it may not be possible to retrieve funds sent in error. We may update your bill profile, including your billing account numbers and billers’ names, if informed of a change by the xxxxxx or if deemed necessary by us. You will ensure that you have sufficient funds in your Account (or a line of credit or overdraft protection) at the effective time of payment. Payment instructions may not be processed without sufficient funds. Postdated payments set up by you may not be processed for a number of reasons, including insufficient funds, inconsistency between the billing account number on your postdated payment and the billing account number recorded on your bill profile at the time of processing the payment, and a change in the status of the xxxxxx. You are responsible for knowing your xxxxxx’x payment requirements. We may reject, cancel or return a payment to you that does not meet those requirements. In addition, you are responsible for ensuring that your payments are scheduled so that there is sufficient time before the due date for them to be processed by us and by the xxxxxx. Payment instructions made by you after our daily cut-off time or on a day on which we are not open for business will require extra time to reach the xxxxxx. We are not responsible for any penalties, fees, interest, costs or damages suffered by you with respect to any payments, or for our inability to retrieve any payments. Bill Payment. 7.1. We only accept payment by credit card or direct debit from your bank account (except the initial payment for a KISA Handset or a Service which must be made by card).
7.2. When you sign up with us you provide a credit card number so that we can debit your credit card with the amount of each bill. Each bill will set out the amount we will charge and the approximate date the amount will be debited to your card.

We cannot guarantee the time that any payment will be credited to your account by the vendor. The following limitations on Bill Payment transactions may apply: • There is no limit on the number of bill payments per day. • The maximum amount of bill payments each day is $9,999.99, if there are sufficient funds in your account.
Bill Payment. 43.23.1 The Cardholder acknowledges that the service provided is only for bill payments where the xxxxxx is directly registered with IndusInd Bank or a bill aggregator appointed by IndusInd Bank. The Bank makes absolutely no representations for bill payment services provided directly by the xxxxxx or any other service provider, which the Cardholder may choose to use at his own risk without holding IndusInd Bank responsible for any losses/damages/disputes which may arise out of the Cardholder's direct dealings.
43.23.2 Bill Payment enables Cardholder to pay for bills by using his/her designated account with the Bank and crediting the account of any service provider registered with the Bank.
43.23.3 Bill Payment is provided by the Bank, if the Cardholder authorises the Bank via Service through Alternate Channels for debiting the Cardholder's account towards the amount of such bill, together with charges, if any.
43.23.4 The Cardholder agrees that the Bank will make bill amount payments as required by the xxxxxx. The Cardholder will not hold the Bank responsible for the xxxxxx rejecting the bill amount because of incorrect or incomplete entries.
43.23.5 The Cardholder agrees to provide his correct identification details as registered with the billing company and agrees to indemnify the Bank from any liability due to incorrect information in this regard. Xxxxxxxxxx also agrees to communicate any change in identification details as registered with the billing company to the Bank within the time-limit specified by the Bank.
43.23.6 While the Bank will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accurate handling of the billing details, the Bank is not liable for any error. The Cardholder shall not hold the Bank responsible for any loss, damages, etc., that may be incurred/suffered by him if the information contained turns out to be inaccurate/incorrect.
43.23.7 The Cardholder agrees to have no objection whatsoever to the billing company providing his billing details to the Bank. The Cardholder agrees that any disputes on bill details will be settled directly with the billing company and the Bank's responsibility is limited to provision of information only.
43.23.8 The Cardholder agrees that the record of the instructions given and transactions with the Bank shall be conclusive proof and binding for all purposes and can be used as evidence in any proceeding. Bill Payment. You can only make a bill payment from Accounts that are available via the Services for this purpose. If you give an instruction, including a future-dated instruction, to make a bill payment from an Account, you acknowledge that although funds will be withdrawn from your Account on the date you instruct, the xxxxxx may not receive the bill payment amount on the date the funds were withdrawn. It is your sole responsibilityto ensure that your bill payments are requested so that there is sufficient time prior to their due date to be processedby Alterna and by the xxxxxx. Alterna is not responsible for any disputes you may have with a xxxxxx including if that xxxxxx (i) does not credit you for a bill payment for whatever reason, (ii) charges you fees, interest, or penalties, or (iii) does not supply goods or services purchased or the goods or services are not suitable. You must make sure that all information Alterna requires (including, but not always limited to, account numbers and payee names) to complete any bill payment instruction is accurate. Alterna may, without notice, update such payee information if that xxxxxx tells Alterna of a change or if Alterna deem it to be necessary. Alterna may, without notice, decline or refuse to act on an instruction given or purported to be given by you, including if Alterna believes that there may be fraudulent, unlawful, or improper activity, or that an error or mistake has occurred.
Bill Payment. (a) You may make payments through the bill payment function of the Service. Please see the section ‘Bill Payment Services’ for more details regarding your rights and obligations.
Bill Payment. If enabled by Platform for your Account, you will have access to the bill payments check feature (the "Bill Pay Checks") through the Mobile App or Website which allows you to authorize Bank to make bill payments on your behalf to third parties. You may not have access to the Bill Pay Checks until your Account has been open for a minimum of thirty (30) days. To initiate a bill payment using the Bill Pay Checks, you must provide the name and mailing address of each individual or company you wish to pay. Once a payment is authorized, the payment amount will be immediately deducted from your Account balance. Payments made using the Bill Pay Checks take the form of a paper check sent to the payee using standard U.S. Postal Service mail. Please allow three to nine (3-9) business days for delivery of the check. Payments can only be sent to addresses located within the fifty (50) states of the U.S. Check payments are processed daily by 3:00pm Central Time. Bill Pay payments initiated after this time will be processed the next business day. Bank reserves the right to refuse to process payments to any individual or company. If the decision is made to refuse a payment, Bank or Platform as Bank’s agent will notify you on or before the next business day. Bill Pay Checks may be refused or returned by the individual or company to whom the payment was issued. The determination to accept this method of payment is at the discretion of the recipient. The U.S. Postal Service may also return payments in cases of expired or invalid addresses. If the Check payment is returned for any reason, the payment will be voided, and the full amount credited to your Account the next business day.
Bill Payment. Payments are made to your payee either electronically via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) or by check or laser draft. The Credit Union processes payments through a third party vendor and is not responsible for the timing of payments. The method of payment depends upon the processing method that can be accommodated by the payee or by our Bill Payment service vendor. It is important that you take into consideration what method of bill payment will be used when scheduling your payments to ensure payment deadlines are met. If the payee accepts electronic bill payment, the payment may take up to three business days to process. If the payee does not accept electronic bill payment, the payment will be sent in a check form, and may take up to five business days to process. − Any late payment, late fees, interest payments, and service fees charged by merchant(s); − Any overdraft, NSF or stop payment fees charged by the Credit Union as a result of these transactions; − Data input of payee information (payment amount, name, address and any other pertinent information); − Written notification to the Credit Union in the event you wish to cancel this service; and − You must allow sufficient time for bill payments to be processed so that the funds can be delivered to the merchant on or before the payment due date. − The maximum aggregate transaction amount is $9,999.99 during any 24-hour period; − Bill payments can only be made from your share draft (checking) account; − Payments cannot be made for tax payments, court-ordered payments or payments to payees outside of the United States; − If you close the designated bill payment account, all scheduled payments will be stopped; − You cannot stop a payment if the payment has already been processed; and − You can schedule payments 24 hours a day, seven days a week; however, payments scheduled on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will be processed on the next business day. PayPal is an independent contractor for all purposes, except that PayPal acts as your agent with respect to the custody of your funds only. PayPal does not have control of, or liability for, the products or services that are paid for with our service. We do not guarantee the identity of any recipient or ensure that a recipient will complete a transaction.
