Instalments. Instalment Notes will be redeemed in the Instalment Amounts and on the Instalment Dates. In the case of early redemption, the Early Redemption Amount will be determined pursuant to paragraph (e) above.
Instalments. Any Note which is repayable in instalments will be redeemed in the Instalment Amounts and on the Instalment Dates specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement.
Instalments. 13.1 Supplier may deliver the Works by separate instalments or perform any Services in stages. Each separate instalment or stage will be invoiced and paid for in accordance with the provisions of the Contract. Each instalment or stage will be a separate Contract and no cancellation or termination of any one Contract relating to an instalment or stage will entitle Buyer to repudiate or cancel any other Contract, instalment or stage.
Instalments. The Supplier may at its sole discretion deliver Orders by instalments, which shall be invoiced and paid for separately. No cancellation or termination of any instalment by the Supplier or any delay in delivery or defect in an instalment will entitle the Customer to terminate or cancel any other Order or instalment.
Instalments. If the Notes are repayable in instalments, they will be redeemed in the Instalment Amounts and on the Instalment Dates specified in the applicable Final Terms. In the case of early redemption, the Early Redemption Amount will be determined pursuant to paragraph (f) above.
Instalments. The Contract Price shall be paid by the Buyer to the Builder by Instalments, when due and payable in accordance with Box 11 and this Clause, the pre-delivery Instalments being paid as advances and not deposits as follows:
(i) Unless otherwise stated in Box 11 the first Instalment shall be due and payable by the Buyer five (5) Banking Days after the Refund Guarantee in respect of that Instalment has been provided in accordance with Clause 14(b) (Builder’s Refund Guarantee).
(ii) The Builder shall give the Buyer an invoice and Refund Guarantee for each Instalment under this Contract, save for the Final Instalment (for which only an invoice but no Refund Guarantee shall be required). With the exception of the first and Final Instalment the Builder shall give the Buyer an invoice to cover the sum due to it not less than ten (10) Banking Days prior to the due date of each Instalment.
(iii) All Instalments other than the first and Final Instalment shall be payable within five (5) Banking Days of the due date thereof. However, the Buyer shall not be obliged to make any Instalment payment (including the first Instalment) until five (5) Banking Days after the Refund Guarantee in respect of and equal to the value of that Instalment payment plus interest has been electronically received and verified by the Buyer’s nominated bank.
(iv) The Final Instalment shall be due and payable upon delivery of the Vessel in accordance with Box 11 and Clause 28 (Delivery).
Instalments. The fee is payable in the following instalments only upon certification by the UNESCO Officer responsible for this contract of satisfactory performance by the Contractor of the work corresponding to each payment (except for the eventual advance payment): Payment N°. Instalments. 37.1. Comtact may supply the Products in stages. Each stage will be a separate Contract and no cancellation or termination of any one Contract relating to a stage will entitle the Customer to repudiate or cancel any other Contract or stage. Each separate stage will be invoiced and paid for in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.
Instalments. If you use a finance company such as Close Brothers or Premium Credit, then this is an independent loan. If, for example, you decide to cancel a policy or your insurer becomes insolvent, you will still be required to make the agreed repayments. [If you do not continue to pay your instalments your insurance may be cancelled.] A document will be provided for you by the finance provider outlining the terms of the finance agreement and it is important you read this. Please note instalment facilities are not available for all the cover types we arrange and/or services offered.
Instalments. Miraclon may deliver the Products in instalments. Each instalment will be treated as a separate contract. Each instalment shall be paid on the due date as a condition precedent to further deliveries. Any defect in any instalment of Products shall not be grounds for cancellation of the remaining instalments.
