Institution Staff Deployment (ISD) Sample Clauses

The Institution Staff Deployment (ISD) clause defines the terms and conditions under which an institution assigns its personnel to a project or service. Typically, this clause outlines the roles, responsibilities, and qualifications required of the staff, as well as procedures for substitution or replacement if necessary. By clearly specifying how staff are deployed and managed, the clause ensures that the project receives appropriately skilled personnel and helps prevent disputes over staffing adequacy or changes during the contract term.
