Institutional Stipend. Employees assigned to work in Correctional and Mental Health Institutions will receive an Institutional Stipend of sixty cents ($.60) per hour to the base. MH&DD Caseworkers assigned to the DHHS Office of Adults with Disability Services Crisis Prevention unit are eligible to receive sixty cents ($.60) per hour to the base for hours actually worked in the residential program when clients are present.
