Instructional Improvement Committee. Within each school building, there may be an Instructional Improvement Committee or its equivalent. The size of any Committee will be decided by the Teaching Staff Members and the Building Principal no later than September 30th of each school year. The Membership of any Committee will be selected by all of the Teaching Staff Members in the building, utilizing a procedure mutually acceptable to the Principal of the building and the Teaching Staff Members in the building. An effort will be made to assure that all instructional disciplines at the High School and all teams at the Middle and Elementary Schools are represented on a Committee. The first meeting of the Committee should be scheduled by mid- October.
