The solicitation response will be contained in two separate volumes: Volume I: Technical (Non-Price) Proposal (Factors 1-2) Volume II: Price Proposal (Factor 3) For each volume, the number of copies required and the page limits are shown in the table below. Instructions for paper and electronic files are detailed below in paragraphs 2.2.1 and 2.2.2, respectively. Offerors are hereby notified that the content of electronic copies of the proposal must be identical to the original hard copy proposal submitted in response to this solicitation. In the event of discrepancies between the two, the content of the original hard copy will prevail. All data submitted shall be marked unclassified.
