VOLUME II – PRICE PROPOSAL. The selected contractor shall complete Schedules TO-1 (final), TO-2, TO-3, TO-4 and TO-5 and shall provide supporting documentation, organized as follows:

VOLUME II – PRICE PROPOSAL. The price proposal shall include a price for each CLIN of this solicitation and shall include a summary of each year’s cost and a total estimated cost for the contract. There are no page limits set for the price proposal. Other Direct Costs: Estimate all other direct costs for performance of contract requirements; (i.e., travel, subscriptions or periodicals, consultant fees.) Rationale for each proposed other direct cost is required. PAYMENT METHODS: Electronic funds transfer payments are available for processing invoices for this contract in accordance with the prompt payment act via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network, subject to the rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association or via credit card procedures with Single Use Account (SUA). Single-Use Account (SUA) is an electronic payment tool that eliminates the need for a physical credit card. SUA provides a single electronic card for each payment. A 16-digit virtual account is provided for each payment and the credit limit is set for the specific payment amount. Electronic funds transfer ACH payments will be processed on a Net 30-day basis or less if a payment discounted is offered, e.g. 2% 10 days. SUA payments will be processed in 10 days or less. Prospective contractors shall include their desired payment method in their proposal.

  • GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE PROPOSAL 7.1 At the conclusion of the Design Development phase the Contractor shall prepare and submit a Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal to Owner based on the Design Development phase documents and review comments. The GMP shall be delivered to the Owner within three (3) weeks of the Design Development review meeting or a date established by the Owner. The GMP Proposal must be prepared in accordance with the guidelines established by Owner and delivered in the format specified by Owner in Exhibit “E” attached to this Agreement. Owner, at its sole option and discretion, may specify different requirements for the GMP Proposal. Contractor shall not withdraw its Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal for ninety (90) days following submission to Owner.

  • REQUIRED PRICE PROPOSAL RESPONSE All pricing must be fixed cost, inclusive of all expenses and fees if this Statement of Work proposal is for a fixed price agreement. (Remove if Time and Materials agreement) For Time and Materials the pricing proposal must include estimated effort hours, hourly rate for proposed personnel, projected timeline, including timing expectations for the State functional and technical resources and be submitted as a separate document from the rest of the proposal. (Remove if not Time and Materials)

  • Tender Price The total price of our Tender, excluding any discounts offered in item (f) below is:

  • ECONOMIC PRICE ADJUSTMENT is the adjustment to the Aircraft Basic Price (Base Airframe, Engine and Special Features) as calculated pursuant to Exhibit D.

  • PRICING for Markup of Non-Prepriced Items in RS Means Unit Price Book What is your proposed Markup Percentage on materials not found in the RS Means Price Book? If any materials being utilized for a project cannot be found in the RS Means Price Book, this question is what is the markup percentage on those materials? When answering this question please insert the number that represents your percentage of proposed markup. Example: if you are proposing a 30 percent markup, please insert the number "30". Remember that this is a ceiling markup. You may markup a lesser percentage to the TIPS Member customer when pricing the project, but not a greater percentage. EXAMPLE: You need special materials that are not in the RS Means Unit Price Book for a project. You would buy the materials and mark them up to the TIPS Member customer by the percentage you propose in this question. If the materials cost you, the contractor, $100 and you proposed a markup on this question for the material of 30 percent, then you would charge the TIPS Member customer $130 for the materials.

  • Non pre-priced Adjustment Factor To be applied to Work deemed not to be included in the CTC but within the general scope of the work:

  • Evening Shift Differential A shift premium of two dollars and seventy-five cents ($2.75) per hour shall be paid:

  • EPP transform-command RTT Refers to the RTT of the sequence of packets that includes the sending of a transform command plus the reception of the EPP response for only one EPP transform command. It does not include packets needed for the start or close of either the EPP or the TCP session. EPP transform commands are those described in section 2.9.3 of EPP RFC 5730. If the RTT is 5 times or more the corresponding SLR, the RTT will be considered undefined.

  • Technical Proposal The technical proposal may be presented in free format. It shall not exceed ten pages, not counting the CVs. It shall respect the following page limit and structure: • Technical methodology (max. 7 pages) • Quality management (max. 1 page) • Project management (max. 1 page) • Resource management (proposal (max. 1 page) + CVs of experts)
