Instructions from City. In the performance of this Agreement, Consultant shall report to and receive instructions from the City's Representative designated in Paragraph D.1 of Part I ("Fundamental Terms") of this Agreement. Tasks or services other than those specifically described in the Scope of Services shall not be performed without the prior written approval of the City's Representative.
