CalPERS Annuitants Sample Clauses

CalPERS Annuitants. If Contractor is a California Public EmployeesRetirement System (“CalPERS”) annuitant, Contractor must provide the City with written notification of such fact a minimum of 14 calendar days prior to commencement of services under this Agreement. Failure to provide such notification may result in termination of the Agreement, and any penalties or other costs relating thereto shall be borne by Contractor. If this Agreement remains in place, Contractor shall execute any amendment(s) to this Agreement requested by the City in order to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to CalPERS annuitants.
