Common use of Instructions from the Controller Clause in Contracts

Instructions from the Controller. Notwithstanding anything in the Enterprise Contract to the contrary, Seller will only process Personal Data in order to provide the Services to Buyer, in accordance with Buyer’s written instructions, or as required by applicable Law. Seller will promptly inform Xxxxx if following Buyer instructions would result in a violation of applicable data protection law or where Seller must disclose Personal Data in response to a legal obligation (unless the legal obligation prohibits Seller from making such disclosure).
