Instructions Regarding Payments. The Borrower will not make any change, or permit the Collateral Administrator or any Services Provider to make any change, in its instructions to the Obligors, any agent or any lender, as applicable, regarding payments to be made with respect to the any Collateral Loan or other Collateral to the Collection Account or other applicable account, as applicable, unless the Majority Lenders have directed, or otherwise has consented in writing to, such change (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned).
Instructions Regarding Payments. The Borrower (and the Portfolio Asset Servicer on its behalf) shall not make any change in its instructions to the Obligors or any agent, administrative agent, Counterparty Lender, Underlying Agent, Underlying Servicer or issuer of any Portfolio Asset, as applicable, regarding payments to be made with respect to the related Portfolio Asset to the Collection Account, as applicable, unless the Majority Lenders have directed, or otherwise has consented in writing to, such change.
Instructions Regarding Payments. Neither the Borrower nor any Subsidiary Guarantor shall make any change in its instructions to the Obligors or any Counterparty Lender or Underlying Servicer, as applicable, regarding payments to be made with respect to the related Loan Asset to the Collection Account, unless (i) the Administrative Agent (acting at the direction of the Initial Lender) has directed, or otherwise has consented in writing to, such change and (ii) Borrower has delivered an updated Schedule VIII in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
