Instructions to RLDC and SLDC. 19.4.1 The Supplier shall, prior to the Appointed Date, furnish a certified true copy of this Agreement to the RLDC and SLDC and obtain a receipt thereof. By furnishing such copy hereunder, the Supplier shall be deemed to have given irrevocable instructions and authority to the RLDC and SLDC to follow the instructions of the Utility in accordance with the provisions of this Article 19. The Supplier agrees and undertakes that it shall not in any manner challenge or revoke the provisions of this Article 19 or in any manner prevent the Utility, RLDC or SLDC from giving effect thereto.

  • Right to Refuse to Cross Picket Lines All employees covered by this Agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a picket line arising out of a dispute as defined in the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia. Any employee failing to report for duty shall be considered to be absent without pay. Failure to cross a picket line encountered in carrying out the Employer's business shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.
