Instrument Maintenance Allowance. This is a tax-free allowance to contribute to Players’ cost of maintenance, service or repair of their instrument or for the purchase of consumables. Each Player can claim up to £328 (or pro-rata for part-time Players) in any one year, subject to submission of a valid receipt for each expenditure.
Instrument Maintenance Allowance. An allowance of up to £306.00 per year is made to each full-time musician. Part-time musicians will receive a pro-rated allowance. Players will be required to provide receipts. This is a tax free allowance where used to maintain, service or repair an instrument or for the purchase of consumables.
Instrument Maintenance Allowance. All musicians covered by this agreement shall be paid 2% of their gross pay for instrument maintenance.

  • Uniform Maintenance Allowance 22.1 The City provides uniforms or uniform allowance for employees represented by the Association. The City will continue to replace, repair and maintain uniforms worn in the line of duty. The average cost of the uniforms/uniform allowances are reported as special compensation (for those employees defined as “classic employees” by the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 for retirement calculation purposes and is currently reported as $17 per pay period.

  • Operating and Maintenance Costs The Participating Generator shall be responsible for all its costs incurred in connection with operating and maintaining the Generating Units identified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of meeting its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Equipment Maintenance If this Contract involves computer or telecommunications hardware or other mechanical or electrical Equipment (use of the word "Equipment" means all the foregoing) as a Deliverable, then, during the warranty period and during any period covered by annual maintenance, the Contractor will provide Equipment maintenance to keep the Equipment in or restore the Equipment to good working order. This maintenance will include preventative and remedial maintenance, installation of safety changes, and installation of engineering changes based upon the specific needs of the individual item of Equipment. This maintenance will also include the repair, replacement, or exchange deemed necessary to keep the Equipment in good working order. For purposes of this Contract, Equipment restored to good working condition means Equipment that performs in accordance with the manufacturer's published specifications. The Contractor will exert its best efforts to perform all fault isolation and problem determination attributed to the Equipment covered under this Contract. The following services are outside the scope of this Contract:

  • Service Core Allowance The company shall pay $0.95 per hour for all work carried out in construction of service core. This allowance will be adjusted annually (effective from 1 June) in accordance with CPI movements (All Groups, Melbourne) for the preceding 12 months to March (increases to be rounded to the nearest 5 cents).

  • Record Maintenance and Retention A. Grantee shall keep and maintain under GAAP or GASB, as applicable, full, true, and complete records necessary to fully disclose to the System Agency, the Texas State Auditor’s Office, the United States Government, and their authorized representatives sufficient information to determine compliance with the terms and conditions of this Grant Agreement and all state and federal rules, regulations, and statutes.

  • Service Allowance (a) All full-time employees (previously employed under the Charitable Aged and Disability Care Services (State) Award), appointed prior to 1 June, 1980, shall after 10 years' continuous service with the employer, be paid in addition to the rates prescribed in Schedule B - Pay, Other Rates and Allowances of this Agreement, a service allowance in the following manner: For 10 years of service but less than 15 years 5% For 15 years of service but less than 20 years 7½% For 20 years of service and over 10%.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Cleaning Allowance The University will pay for the cleaning of Department issued uniforms and necessary work clothing requiring cleaning worn by employees assigned to non-uniformed positions.

  • Operating and Maintenance Expenses Subject to the provisions herein addressing the use of facilities by others, and except for operations and maintenance expenses associated with modifications made for providing interconnection or transmission service to a third party and such third party pays for such expenses, the Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for all reasonable expenses including overheads, associated with: (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities; and (2) operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Subcontract Costs Payments made by the Construction Manager to Subcontractors in accordance with the requirements of the subcontracts.
