Common use of Instruments and Chattel Paper Clause in Contracts

Instruments and Chattel Paper. Immediately upon any Borrower's receipt thereof, such Borrower shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Agent, with appropriate endorsement and assignment to vest title and possession in Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders, all chattel paper and instruments which such Borrower now owns or may at any time or times hereafter acquire.
