Common use of Instruments of Transfer Clause in Contracts

Instruments of Transfer. Seller shall have delivered to Buyer such assignments, bills of sale, certificates of title, and other instruments of transfer, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Buyer, as are necessary to fully and effectively convey to Buyer all of the Purchased Assets in accordance with the terms hereof;

Instruments of Transfer.
