Instruments, Promissory Notes and Chattel Paper. Originals of instruments, promissory notes and chattel paper as required by the Pledge and Security Agreement with endorsements, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent, or provision for the prompt delivery thereof to the Collateral Agent acceptable to it in its reasonable discretion shall have been made.
