INSURABLE BENEFITS. Insurable benefits as specified in Article 25 shall not be retroactive, but shall be implemented as soon as reasonably feasible after Regional Council's ratification of the Memorandum of Settlement. The Employer undertakes to notify the carrier of any revisions to the benefit package immediately following Council's approval and to request the carrier to implement such revisions as expeditiously as possible.
