Common use of INSURANCE AND FUEL COST INFLATION RELIEF PROVISIONS Clause in Contracts

INSURANCE AND FUEL COST INFLATION RELIEF PROVISIONS. Whereupon the New York State Legislature shall amend the Education Law to allow the BOE to obtain State funding to reimburse the Contractor for any amount of demonstrated and approved increases in the costs of automotive liability insurance, comprehensive general liability insurance, employee health care insurance, unemployment insurance, Worker’s Compensation Insurance, and/or vehicle fuel costs, this Contract shall be deemed amended automatically and without any need for action by the parties to allow such reimbursement according to the exact language of such statutory provisions. Furthermore, all else to the contrary notwithstanding, the Contract is hereby amended to provide as follows:
