Insurance and Maintenance for all Non-expendable Property Purchased Under This Agreement. The Grantee shall maintain sufficient insurance to cover the cost of replacement due to loss by fire, theft, or accidental damage. The Grantee shall also be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all such property.
