Common use of Insurance and Risk Management Services Clause in Contracts

Insurance and Risk Management Services. Until June 30, 2002, Thermo Electron shall arrange, at Viasys's expense, for liability, property and casualty, and other normal business insurance coverage for the Viasys Group. Thermo Electron shall also provide support for Viasys's product, worker safety and environmental programs, although Viasys acknowledges that the principal responsibility for compliance rests with Viasys.
