Common use of Insurance Carrier Clause in Contracts

Insurance Carrier. The Employer reserves the right to select or change the insurance carrier or carriers, or to become a self-insurer, either wholly or partially, and to select the administrator of such self-insurance programs; provided, however, that the benefits provided shall remain substantially equivalent.
