Common use of Insurance - Contractor Clause in Contracts

Insurance - Contractor. a. During the term of this contract, and any extension(s) hereof contractor agrees that it will keep in force an insurance policy or policies, issued by a company authorized to do business in Colorado, in the kinds and minimum amounts specified below unless specifically waived herein. In the event of cancellation of any such coverage, the contractor shall immediately notify the County of such cancellation, (1) Standard Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability as required by State Statute, including occupational disease; covering all employees on or off the work site, acting within the course and scope of their employment.
