Insurance Coverage Not Limitation on Liability. The insurance requirements set forth in this Contract, including, but not limited to, the types and limits of insurance coverage specified, are not intended to and shall not in any manner be deemed or construed to limit or qualify the liabilities and obligations otherwise assumed by Contractor pursuant to this Contract.
