Changes Performed by Subcontractor Sample Clauses
The "Changes Performed by Subcontractor" clause defines the process and requirements for a subcontractor to implement modifications to the original scope of work. Typically, this clause outlines how changes must be requested, approved, and documented, often requiring written authorization from the main contractor before any alterations are made. Its core function is to ensure that all parties are aware of and agree to any deviations from the initial agreement, thereby preventing unauthorized work and potential disputes over scope, cost, or schedule.
