Insurance Coverages and Limits. Agency shall, at its sole cost and expense, maintain, and cause its subcontractor(s), if any, to maintain in full force and effect the following minimum limits of insurance, and adhere to all terms and conditions set forth below, throughout the entire Agreement Term:
