Common use of Insurance, Disability Clause in Contracts

Insurance, Disability. The City shall pay the annual premiums for a disability income policy for the Manager on a policy that is mutually agreeable to the City and the Manager, provided that the City's annual premium expense shall not exceed Dollars ($ ).
