Mentoring Program. It is recognized that the induction of new teachers through a formalized mentoring program will help to promote excellence in teaching and improve student achievement. The focus of this program will be to build a supportive environment for new teachers within the context of school improvement. Veteran teachers may be asked or encouraged to mentor a new staff member but will not be required to do so. Mentors will be compensated for this work.

Mentoring Program. 13.1 LEA and the District are continuously striving to provide the highest possible quality education. In order for students to succeed in learning, teachers must succeed in teaching. Therefore, the parties agree to cooperate in the design and implementation of programs to improve the quality of instruction through expanded and improved professional development and peer assistance.

Mentoring Program. Preamble: From time to time, Interior Savings Credit Union finds itself with a vacancy which it has not been able to fill with an internal qualified candidate. The Credit Union implements a mentoring program meant to train an unqualified internal candidate who shows potential.

Mentoring Program. The Bedford Public School District and Bedford Secretarial Association strongly endorse the training of, mentoring, shadowing of, and the utilization of Bedford Senior High School student secretarial/clerical trainees. District opportunities will be provided upon request from the Vocational Director for mentor secretarial programs/training of Bedford students. The programs shall have the following components:
