Common use of Insurance for Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Insurance for Personal Property. Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, procure and maintain throughout the Term a property insurance policy (written on an “All Risk” basis) insuring all of Tenant’s personal property, including but not limited to equipment, furniture, fixtures, furnishings and leasehold improvements which are the responsibility of Tenant, for not less than the full replacement cost of said property.
