Insurance Generally. Contractor shall obtain and shall continuously maintain during the term of this Contract insurance of the kind and in the minimum amounts as specified in the RFP, as follows: i. Statutory Worker’s Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance in the minimum amount of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) or as required by applicable law, whichever is greater, for all employees and other persons as may be required by Georgia law, or the law of the state where Contractor is located, whichever is applicable.
