Insurance; Other Benefits. Employee shall be entitled to participate in or receive benefits under all accident, disability, life and health insurance plans, all pension, retirement, deferred compensation and stock incentive plans and all other employee benefit plans maintained by Employer and approved by the Board for participation by senior executives of Employer.
