Common use of Insurance; Other Benefits Clause in Contracts

Insurance; Other Benefits. The Employee shall be entitled to receive any health, accident, disability and life insurance and other employee benefits provided by the Employer under group health, accident, disability and life insurance plans and other employee benefit plans and fringe benefits maintained by the Employer for its full-time, salaried executive employees as such benefits may be modified from time to time by the Board.
