Insurance; Other Benefits. The Employee shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans now existing or hereinafter established by the Company, including, but not limited to, medical plans, group life and disability insurance plans, pension, profit sharing or bonus plans, and any other employee benefit plan or arrangement made available to executive officers of the Company.
