Insurance; Other Benefits. Employee shall be entitled to receive any health, accident, disability and life insurance and other employee benefits provided by CURO under group health, accident, disability and life insurance plans and other employee benefit plans and fringe benefits maintained by CURO for its full-time, salaried executive employees as such benefits may be modified from time-to-time by the Board. In addition, Employee shall be entitled to participate in CURO’s Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan, on terms consistent with other senior executives of CURO.
