Insurance; Other Benefits. The Employee shall be entitled to receive any health, accident, disability and life insurance and other employee benefits provided by the Employer under group health, accident, disability and life insurance plans and other employee benefit plans and fringe benefits maintained by the Employer for its full-time, salaried executive employees as such benefits may be modified from time to time by the Board. In addition: (i) the Employer will reimburse the Employee for up to $25,000, per annum, of documented personal life insurance premiums paid by the Employee (it being understood that the Employer will not be listed as the beneficiary); (ii) Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan, on terms consistent with other senior executives of the Company; and (iii) Company will match Employee’s documented expenditures for private aircraft charters (i.e. split the costs) for flights taken for legitimate business purposes, up to a maximum aggregate reimbursement of $125,000 in any calendar year (with no additional duplicative reimbursement for first class equivalent or similar fares).
