Common use of Insurance Policies and Claims Clause in Contracts

Insurance Policies and Claims. Section 4.1(h) of the Company Disclosure Schedule sets forth a list, including the term and a general description of the coverages thereof, of all policies of insurance maintained by the Company for its benefit and covering its officers, directors, employees, agents, properties, buildings, machinery, equipment, furniture, fixtures or operations (other than insurance Contracts described in Section 4.1(i) below). Except as set forth in Section 4.1(h) of the Company Disclosure Schedules, no claims have been made by the Company under any such policy of insurance since January 1, 2012. Prior to the date of this Agreement, the Company has made available to Parent true and complete copies of all policies of insurance identified in Section 4.1(h) of the Company Disclosure Schedule.
