The limits of insurance shall not be less than the following amounts or as per the District’s standard attached: Commercial General Liability Each Occurrence $2,000,000 General Aggregate Liability Product Liability and Completed Operations $2,000,000 $1,000,000 Automobile Liability – Any Auto Combined Single Limit $2,000,000 Workers Compensation Statutory limits pursuant to State law Employers’ Liability $1,000,000 Developers Risk (Course of Construction) Issued for the value and scope of Work indicated herein. Excess Liability $4,000.000 Professional Liability, If required by the District and either: - the premium is approved by the District, or - by each subconsultant and/or designer of documents produced by Developer. $1,000,000 per occurrence and annual aggregate
