CONTRACTOR shall also obtain and maintain in full force and effect during all periods required by statutes or regulations any insurance coverage required by federal or state laws or regulations or as a condition of any local land use permits, which may include but is not limited to, environmental liability/operator insurance required of the operator of a landfill.
