Insured acres are not insurable under any other crop insurance program, except for applicable Endorsements or where AFSC has consented in writing. Cash rent and crop share landlords are not eligible for insurance as they are not responsible for the agronomic decisions and do not receive the majority of the proceeds from the sale of the crop. If AFSC determines acres of an Insured Crop and the crop and/or acres differ from those reported by the Insured, the following will apply:

  • Policy Deductibles and/or Self-Insured Retentions The policies set forth in these requirements may provide coverage that contains deductibles or self- insured retention amounts. Such deductibles or self-insured retention shall not be applicable with respect to the policy limits provided to the City.   • Self-Insured Retention/Deductibles Certificates of Insurance must indicate the applicable deductibles/self-insured retentions for each listed policy. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for all claim expenses and loss payments within the deductibles or self-insured retentions.   • ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT AND PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY INSURANCE CLAUSE Supplier agrees to list Sourcewell and its Participating Entities, including their officers, agents, and employees, as an additional insured under the Supplier’s commercial general liability insurance policy with respect to liability arising out of activities, “operations,” or “work” performed by or on behalf of Supplier, and products and completed operations of Supplier. The policy provision(s) or endorsement(s) must further provide that coverage is primary and not excess over or contributory with any other valid, applicable, and collectible insurance or self-insurance in force for the additional insureds.
