Not Eligible means expenditure that is not Eligible Expenditure. “Ownership, Control and Nature of Business” shall be construed in accordance with section 840 of the Income and Corporation Taxes ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and section 1162 of the Companies ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and for the avoidance of doubt shall include an evaluation of dominant influence and shadow directorships in the Grant Recipient from time to time.
Not Eligible means that an entity does not meet the definition of a smelter or refiner or is otherwise ineligible for the RMAP program and is not included in the Standard Smelter List. This includes any alleged or unknown smelter that requires more research for its RMAP eligibility.
Not Eligible means completed coursework or pre-approval course requests have been reviewed by the Professional Growth Committee and were determined to not meet Professional Growth Standards and are not eligible for compensation.

Not Eligible means expenditure that is not Eligible Expenditure.
