INSURED EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. G.1.1 For the purposes of this Article, an eligible Employee is an Employee who is at work or on an approved leave of absence with pay or an Employee who is on an unpaid absence from work for fifty (50) continuous normal working days or less or where an Employee is eligible under Statute. G.1.1.1 The Employer shall communicate a reminder annually and include a statement on the appropriate leave application forms.
