Common use of Insured Clause in Contracts

Insured. The CITY OF SAN XXXX, its officers, employees, agents and contractors are to be covered as additional insureds as respects: Liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of, the GRANTEE; products and completed operations of the GRANTEE; premises owned, leased or used by the GRANTEE; and automobiles owned, leased, hired or borrowed by the GRANTEE. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to the CITY, its officers, employees, agents and contractors.
