Trasferimento Non è consentito dare in locazione, in leasing, in prestito o in sublicenza il Software Apple. Tuttavia, è consentito trasferire in maniera permanente la totalità dei diritti relativi al Software Apple ad un'altra parte, a condizione che: (a) il trasferimento riguardi la totalità del Software Apple, inclusi tutti i componenti, i supporti originali, il materiale stampato e la presente Licenza; (b) non venga conservata nessuna copia totale x xxxxxxxx del Software Apple, nemmeno su computer o altro dispositivo atto alla memorizzazione di dati; e (c) la parte ricevente il Software Apple legga e accetti i termini e le condizioni della presente Licenza. Povinnosti Zkoušejícího Investigator is responsible for the conduct of the Study at Institution. In particular, but without limitation, it is the Investigator’s duty to review and understand the information in the Investigator’s Brochure. Quintiles or Sponsor will ensure that all required reviews and approvals by applicable regulatory authorities and ECs are obtained. The Investigator is responsible prior to commencement of the study to ensure that all approvals by applicable regulatory authorities and ECs have been obtained and to to review all CRFs to ensure their accuracy and completeness. Zkoušející je odpovědný za provedení Studie ve Zdravotnickém zařízení. Konkrétně pak jde zejména ale nejen o povinnost Zkoušejícího zkontrolovat a porozumět informacím obsaženým v Souboru informací pro zkoušejícího. Quintiles nebo Zadavatel zajistí, že budou opatřena veškerá požadovaná kontrolní schválení od příslušných regulatorních úřadů a EK. Zkoušející se zavazuje, že před zahájením Studie ověří, že byly získány veškeré souhlasy a povolení příslušných regulatorních úřadů a EK a že byly zkontrolovány všechny CRF tak, aby byla zajištěna jejich přesnost a úplnost. Investigator agrees to provide a written declaration revealing Investigator’s possible economic or other interests, if any, in connection with the conduct of the Study or the Investigational Product. Investigator agrees to provide a written declaration revealing Investigator’s disclosure obligations, if any, with the Institution in connection with the conduct of the Study and the Investigational Product. Zkoušející souhlasí, že poskytne písemné prohlášení, jež bude odhalovat závazky Zkoušejícího, jsou-li nějaké, a to vůči Zdravotnickému zařízení ve vztahu a v souvislosti s prováděním Studie a Hodnoceným léčivem. Site agrees to provide prompt advance notice to Sponsor and Quintiles if Investigator will be terminating its employment relationship in the Institution or is otherwise no longer able to perform the Study. The appointment of a new Investigator must have the prior approval of Sponsor and Quintiles. Místo provádění klinického hodnocení souhlasí, že bez prodlení zašle předem oznámení Zadavateli a Quintiles v případě, že Zkoušející ukončí pracovní poměr ve Zdravotnickém zařízení či nebude-li Zkoušející z jakéhokoli jiného důvodu schopen provádět Studii. Ustanovení nového Zkoušejícího bude podléhat předchozímu schválení Zadavatele a Quintiles.
Usos permitidos y restricciones de la Licencia A. Licencia. De acuerdo con los términos y condiciones de esta Licencia y según lo permitido en las “Normas de uso del producto App Store” establecidas en los Términos y Condiciones de App Store (xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/legal/itunes/ww/) (“Normas de uso”) —a menos que haya obtenido el Software Apple como se describe en la sección 2B—, se le concede una licencia limitada, no transferible ni exclusiva para instalar y usar el Software Apple en cualquier dispositivo iOS de marca Apple compatible que posea o gestione. Se prohíbe distribuir o poner el Software Apple disponible a través de una red donde pueda ser utilizado simultáneamente por varios dispositivos. Usted no puede alquilar, arrendar, prestar, vender, redistribuir ni sublicenciar el Software Apple.
Término Esta Licença é efetiva até que termine. Seus direitos sob esta Licença terminarão automaticamente ou, caso contrário, cessarão sua efetividade sem aviso prévio da Apple se você não cumprir quaisquer termos desta Licença.
