The information in the Prospectus as of the date hereof under the captions "The Certificate Insurer" and "The Certificate Insurance Policy" (collectively, the "Insurer Information") is true and correct in all material respects and does not contain any untrue statement of a fact that is material to the Insurer's ability to perform its obligations under the Policy.
