INTEGRATED DISABILITY MANAGEMENT. A comprehensive integrated disability management program for long-term leave that provides a rapid return to work for employees will be jointly developed. This program will include the current focus on disabilities and workers’ compensation and extend to chronic and recurrent sick leave and non-occupational injuries, illnesses or disabilities, whether or not they are covered under FMLA or other protected leave.
